One of them has to do with the construction of roads, for instance, the proposed Nairobi – Thika Highway. I would like the Minister to consider giving out a small component in whatever amounts is available to assist the outlying county councils or municipalities to do physical planning. Our planning has been extremely poor and it will be a shame when we put in place a Kshs27 billion road that leads to concrete jungles and failed municipalities."}
