District and sub-district hospitals function within certain zones, which have health centres and dispensaries. So, in the event that a health centre or a dispensary needs an ambulance service, it can refer to either the district or sub-district hospital for that service. I will pay attention to any district or sub-district hospital without an ambulance and ensure that the 50 ambulances that we have budgeted to buy this year go to those districts that do not have them."}
