Out of the 224 stalled projects that were handed to my Ministry, 173 of those projects have been completed. Hon. Members will recall that my Ministry’s Development Budget was slashed by Kshs310 million in the 2008/2009 Supplementary Budget. This has consequently led to delayed payments, postponement of planned activities and scaling down of on-going projects."}
