I am forced to take responsibility for matters that I cannot handle. Hon. Tongoyo has a penchant for walking into the Chamber at 4:00 p.m., and walking out at 4:05 p.m. Allow Hon. Kaluma, who is an able member of the Committee, to indicate when they can respond to the request for statement."}
