However, I must add without fear of contradiction that is only going to happen if the Speakers of both Houses are not part of the debate; they are just referees of the debate. You cannot have a situation where you want us to push an agenda of clear discussions, including pushing the agenda of the common mwananchi forward and yet, you have a Speaker seated on the Chair who even anticipates what your point of order will be.
