(7) The National Government's Expenditures on Devolved Functions converted to Additional Conditional Grants to each county government for the financial year 2023/2024 shall be as set out in Column E of the Fourth Schedule, comprising of— (a) conditional allocations under the Livestock Value Chain Support Project as set out in Column B of the Fourth Schedule; (b) conditional allocations under the De-Risking and Value Enhancement (DRIVE) project as set out in Column C of the Fourth Schedule; and (c) conditional allocations under the Kenya Marine Fisheries and Socio-Economic Development (KEMFSED) project as set out in Column D of the Fourth Schedule.
