I have looked at the district allocations and I have found out that most of the districts have got an average of about Kshs7 million. In fact, what I think my colleague is trying to do is share what she gets to most of the Ministries. My own Ministry just got Kshs7.7 million. That is peanuts! I would like to urge my colleague that this is the time that Kenya, being a water-scarce country, to go for major projects. It would be very important to go for major projects rather than small projects that do not help bigger areas."}
