I participated in the Committee that did this Report and, indeed, it was a great commitment, having examined the 23 Government agencies regarding their operations and books of accounts. As the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman have rightly mentioned, we observed several issues and made recommendations that will help in the future on how public funds are utilised by those institutions."}
