It covers a big region. We are talking of the whole of the North Eastern Province, the larger Samburu District, which is now split into three districts – Samburu North, Samburu Central and Samburu East – and the larger Laikipia District. With the kind of problems that we experience in those areas, this Board will not be able to give us enough attention. I want to request that it be split."}
