There are schools with a very high enrolment rate of disadvantaged learners. I hope the Cabinet Secretary will address that to help those disadvantaged schools. A school in Githunguri with over 7,000 students is a case in point. The Ministry needs to address that. My constituency is also a hardship area. I learned that the Ministry has also been quite skewed in the delocalisation about which this House pronounced itself. I also want that addressed because if you delocalise even within the same county and you do not take those teachers to their sub-counties, you are not also solving problems for those families. I hope the Cabinet Secretary, whom I know is equal to the task, will look into this issue."}
