We are talking about a part of this country which had three years of continuous drought, which made the Government to announce it as a national disaster. That means that there was no expectation on the part of the Government for parents from those areas to pay fees for children in those schools. Now, I am sure that you have a data of the affected children. Could you tell the country, if you have done your homework – which I suspect your officers might not have done – the number of children that have been affected by that problem?"}
