We have seen it in schools, dispensaries, market centres and so on. Actually, a good job is being done. In particular, I would like to single out Rural Electrification Programme (REP). They have done a good job. Let them continue doing so. In fact, I wish that in the Development Vote they could get more money so that they can light Kenya more than they have done at the moment."}
