I would like to tell the Minister that we are not happy. Personally, I am not happy with the way the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) is implementing projects in this country. As I speak here, the 2008/09 Financial Year projects for my constituency have not been implemented. We do not want to have a situation where projects for one financial year overlap to the next financial year. We will not accept that REA fails to implement projects effectively and timely. Dujis is a good example. An amount of Kshs17.5 million was given to Dujis last financial year. In the first three months of that financial year, I presented the priorities of the people of Dujis. As I speak today, those projects have not been implemented. If we talk about long term plans, we are talking about natural consumption being projected---"}
