I think the Ministry needs to co-ordinate with the Ministry of Education, so that you have a well co-ordinated training program, starting from the primary schools, secondary schools, tertiary institutions and universities. Currently, we have all sorts of curricula being offered by everybody in the streets. I think the Ministry must come forward, since it is a key stakeholder, and take that sector and steer it ahead. So, that is an area that you need to really take very seriously."}
