We also understand that there is a big drought in the country. However, the rationing of water supply is so severe that some people do not receive water at all. The Ministry is digging boreholes at a very slow pace. Could the Assistant Minister give a timeframe on when all those boreholes earmarked for Embakasi will be completed, so that people can get water from those boreholes?"}
