I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources regarding the non-payment of Taita Taveta County Land Control Board committee members. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide a list of all members of the board, indicating when they were appointed. (2) Disclose the duration for which they have not received their allowances, stating reasons for the non-payment.
