This is an important Vote. I would like to tell the Minister and his team that the country and MPs are very thankful for the infrastructure funds. However, there is a problem brewing in the country over infrastructure funds. On the ground, this money is transferred directly to the accounts of the schools. From the DEO’s office to Works Officers office, this transaction has elicited massive corruption. We must find a formula. This country is in the process of internalising the issue of CDF. We are trying to improve it. This fund is half of it. I can give you one example---"}
