I have heard what the Minister said about the reforms he intends to bring in place. I want to urge him to move with speed into this area. It is an area with a lot of resources and cash. Even the management of the cash itself is a problem. That is why it is prone to corruption. That is why there is lack of accountability in the NHIF.
