It is important to underscore the fact that we have competent Kenyans who have been chosen to represent the face of Kenya to the world. I say so because when we are given an opportunity, we must export our best minds. I also want to underscore that we have been given an opportunity to implement Article 232 of the Constitution as alluded. It is a fact that Turkana nation is one of the luckiest this time round.
