We are having a clause that is unconstitutional. It is unfortunate that we are not supposed to amend anything here. We shall see how that will go. I cannot buy a house and after obtaining its ownership, you tell me I have to go to a board to seek authority if I want to sell it. Once I pay for a house, it becomes my house and I can sell it anytime. This clause needs to be reviewed."}
