I am trying to guide you. If you look at your Standing Orders, just before you, Standing Order No.51(c)(7)(a) and (b), you are allowed to ask a supplementary question. That is a right given to you by the Standing Orders. However, you are not supposed to ask any Question that falls within the sphere of Interior. You are supposed to pick a question that flows from the primary Question. The Question that is before the House, as we speak, relates to the murder of a blogger. So, pick it from there. Let your supplementary question flow from that. If not, you may take your seat."}
