We just made a law here, which has gone to the National Assembly. Hon. Cabinet Secretary, while looking for a permanent solution, what are you going to do in terms of the boundaries of the counties that have been a dispute? There is a market built by one county, but they cannot collect any cess or anything out of it. This means there is still a dispute up to now. Hon. Cabinet Secretary, what are you doing about the disputed boundaries which cause a similar problem and it is likely to cause a similar problem in other parts of the country as in the case of Makueni and Taita-Taveta?
