Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I speak, you directed from the Chair yesterday that I send a Question to the Prime Minister’s Office in respect of the issues I had raised yesterday. I did that and I passed it to the Office of the Clerk yesterday. I was expecting that, that Question would be on the Order Paper this morning in respect of the post-election violence and the deadlock in the Cabinet over the Report on the post-election violence by the Kenya National Human Rights Commission (KNHRC)."}
