I beg to move: THAT, Clause 33 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (2)— (2A) in the case of cancellation of registration of a herbal medicine, the Registrar shall in such case specify— (a) the name under which the herbal medicine is registered; (b) the active components of the herbal medicine; (c) the name of the applicant; (d) the name of the person who has propriety rights over the herbal medicine; (e) the registration number allocated to the herbal medicine; and (f) the conditions if any, subject to which that medicine is registered."}
