They signed the contract. We have told the county council that if they feel there is a breach by the Mara Conservancy of the agreement that they signed – the Ministry was not party to that agreement – they have provisions within their agreement, which they can use, so that they terminate that agreement. That is the position we have advised Trans Mara County Council to adopt."}
