There appears to be insecurity in Nairobi; hijackings and kidnappings. I think the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security needs to address this issue because it is going to affect investment and economic recovery. So, I think it is an issue which should be addressed. I would not like to waste more time; I would like to end there. I support this Motion."}
