I think if the Ministry is able to come up with some standards which say to all private schools and academies: “Irrespective of what you are doing, you will give 10 per cent or a certain number of your admission to children from needy backgrounds or those who cannot afford such schools. That will be a requirement for you to be registered and you will not be registered unless you meet that requirement.” I think that is one way out. I do not think any private institution would like to lose its registration just because it cannot give sponsorship to needy students."}
