When I look at this Order Paper, as much as the Question to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation is at the bottom, I can see that a Question to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance, which is a very prominent Ministry, is the second last. A Question to the Ministry of Medical Services is third from the bottom, and a Question to the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security is fourth from the bottom. So, I think the Assistant Minister is out of order!"}
