We do not spend funds from the NG-CDF without public participation. And for sure, I heard one Member say it is not equitable. But I must say that how the NG-CDF funds are distributed in the country, based on the number of wards you have, I find it equitable. And hence, to me, without the NG-CDF, this country will not be the same again."}
