Deputy Speaker, I beg to report that the Committee of Supply has considered the First Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2024/2025 and approved the same with amendments, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 223 of the Constitution and Section 9 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and Standing Order 243 approved an overall decrease in the total Budget of the Financial Year 2024/2025 by Ksh99,062,055,790 with respect to the National Executive, Parliament and Judiciary during the year ending 30th June 2025 in respect of the Votes as contained in the Schedule."}
