Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, secondly, a Petition must meet some requirements. We have a taskforce whose report has not been submitted to this House. We cannot accept a Petition which pre-empts the taskforce’s report. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my view, I think this Petition is incompetent."}
