The point of order is that I realise Members are debating using the Order Paper, but the Order Paper does not contain the amendment that I have proposed. Therefore, my point of order is that if Members would have the benefit of having the amendment that I am proposing, it will be very easy for us to agree. The issue of who we are levying the tax on is clearly provided for under my sub-clause 2, that it is on imported textiles. So, if Members can have it as a matter of order, it will be very easy for them to agree with what I am proposing, Hon. Temporary Chairlady."}
