To put the records straight, I examined and passed Dr. Amoth as a post-graduate student at the University of Nairobi. Fortunately, I also vetted him at the Committee level. For that, I want to assure the House that Dr. Amoth is a highly qualified and competent individual who is ready to serve the country in that capacity. The other thing that I need to state is that Dr. Amoth flied the Kenyan flag high when he served as the Co-Chair of the WHO Executive Committee. So, from the years he has worked there, he is fully baked and competent to serve in that capacity. I support the Motion."}
