The reason I did that with a lot of hesitation is because the Senate had passed a Motion on how to handle pending bills. As the Senate Majority Leader, what will be the best way forward? I remember that in the Motion, all the 47 countries were supposed to file a payment plan with the Controller of Budget (CoB). Has that been done? If it has not, what is the next course of action for the Senate?"}
