The money is being used for other purposes. That is a criminal case. I request the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget to help us out of these problems. Every time I go to my county, people come to me and say “ Mheshimiwa Senator, we are owed a lot of money and we are not being paid”. This nuisance should stop and peoples’ money must be paid."}
