Temporary Speaker I beg to move the following Procedural Motion: THAT, this House resolves to exempt the business appearing as Order Numbers 11 and 12 (ii) in today’s Order Paper from the provisions of Standing Order 40 (3), being a Wednesday Morning, a day allocated for business not sponsored by the Majority or the Minority Party or business sponsored by a Committee. Given that we have moved an important Motion today that needs discussion, we need to re-arrange our business. Although it is a Wednesday morning, we may allow that Government or committee business comes in the middle. I beg to move that we adopt this Procedural Motion and request Hon. (Dr) Pukose to second."}
