I believe that the Minister for Agriculture spoke before this House. He has been having consultations with hon. Members from the sugarcane growing areas. He has put forward a number of proposals aimed at reducing the cost of producing sugar in those areas and encouraging growth in that particular sector. I believe he will bring those proposals before the House in order to deal with that particular situation."}
