Part of the documents I have spent time reading are from the public participation because I wanted to know what the people of Meru are saying as this is about the people of Meru. I will refer the Counsel for the Assembly to their document Vol.V, the huge voluminous document before us. The reason I did this was because I wanted to understand. I will be satisfied if the counsel points to me any of the documents they have presented because it will help me form a correct opinion."}
