Speaker. I was trying to avoid an issue that I think we need to consider. It is not just the students, but even the university leadership. In building the institutions, we should not have a problem where a university manager or a Vice-Chancellor (VC) is not from the area of the university. We should support that. If Members of Parliament can give us that support, I think we will go very far. Therefore, I agree."}
