The Parliamentary Service Commission should not allow Members to take-- or not allow loans to be deducted from their payroll to enjoy the privilege of Parliamentary SACCO. What I saw in Business Daily is misleading. They should get their facts right. As a society, we assist Members. This is a Parliamentary SACCO. Within two hours, you can have your cash in your bank account. I have not come across any other. Madam Temporary Speaker, I know you come from a farming community. Where I come from, we rely heavily on SACCO. From Dairy, Tea and Coffee SACCO, Kipsiele Cooperative Societies in Tinderet. I have Lelchego SACCO Cooperative Society in Chesumei Sub-county. I have Kabiyet Dairy Cooperative Society and Koilot, which runs dairy farming in Nandi County. I have Mwalimu and Boresha SACCOs who run and assist our profession.
