We need to focus on the identification process of what we consider to be scientific, and that has evolved and grown with us over a period of time. What we have at the moment are shells. I can clearly say that the only thing we have now as a scientific museum is the Railways Museum. I do not think there is any other. It is somewhere in the middle of a dilapidated and ignored place. Nobody knows it exists. Only a few of us have an idea that it exists. That is a serious scientific museum that we have.
