We exchanged views on the political situation in various countries in the ACP-EU. A discussion also ensued on the International Criminal Court (ICC) and its procedures. This was a heated debate, especially on the specific case of the indictment of the President of Sudan, Mr. El Bashir and the danger such a procedure portends for sustainable peace in the region.
