The council advocate was Messrs. E. N. Omothii and Company Advocates while the vendor’s advocates were Messrs. Alphonse Mutinda, Odero Osiemo and P.C Onduso Advocates. The Questioner also requested me to lay certain documents on the Table. I would like to lay the following documents on the Table: The newspaper advertisement, minutes of the Opening and Evaluation Committee, minutes of the Tender Committee, a valuation report, the Sale Agreement, the title issued to the Nairobi City Council and the transfer from Henry Musyoki to the Council and also a letter from the vendor’s advocate, Alphonse Mutinda, authorizing Naem Rech Limited to bid on behalf of Henry Musyoki Kilonzi. All these documents are available and I will lay them on the Table."}
