I have no qualms over the matter being referred to the relevant Departmental Committee. However, I will be very happy if this matter is investigated thoroughly so that we can get to the bottom of it. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I speak here, I know that this matter has also been taken over by the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) for investigation. Therefore, it is perfectly in order for Parliament to scrutinise the documents further as the other agency also undertakes its investigations."}
