In the Statement the Committee should- (1) State the criteria for selecting and qualifying applications, applicants for the bursary, including how Isiolo County prioritizes applicants and ensure a transparent and fair process. (2) Provide the details of the total bursary funds allocated by the county government for the financial year 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025. (3) Explain the criteria used to allocate bursaries and whether the county government has a mechanism in place to ensure that the children from poor background benefit from the same. (4) Provide how bursaries are allocated from grassroots up to the county level and finally; (5) Table the list of bursary beneficiaries for the financial year 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.
