I will be one of the people who will support the amendments which are going to come. Let us be honest and ask ourselves what happens to a governor who deliberately decides they will not appear before the committees of this House? What happens to a governor who once has been summoned and pays a fine of Kshs500,000 ten times? What then do you do with that? How do you create deterrence? I hope that all the governors will listen to what we are saying. We are user-friendly; we are not their enemies. We are not saying they have done anything wrong."}
