In fact, Hayer Bishan Singh &amp; Sons Ltd got stuck in the first bit on the Hon. Member's side and is now doing culverts. Two months ago, I lost my temper because they are using some hand pulled equipment to construct the road. Cabinet Secretary, I think you need to take more keen interest. This road connects Luanda at K’Otieno to Mbita and Sori. It is a very major road and has stalled. Since Ksh54 million has been paid, will Ms China Railway No.10 Engineering Group Company Limited go back to work? Is Hayer Bishan Singh &amp; Sons Ltd able to complete the Maseno side?"}
