It is high time we did public participation - a quick one - to see how we can communicate. Social media is there and many Kenyans consume a lot of information in the social media. Could we use this as an opportunity also to educate Kenyans on the benefits? Currently, there is no clarity, I would also like the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Health to listen to me. We have patients who have cornea. They have a problem with their hearing and they need cornea transplants. I want the Chairman to clarify whether those patients are covered. We also have children with autism."}
