Where did it go? Why did it fail? We should also understand that. We need, as a matter of urgency--- I think the Minister for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 recently promised to organize a seminar or a workshop for hon. Members on the Vision 2030, even though we all know that that vision is a dream. It is a long-term dream, and we need to understand whether we should maintain it or even bring it forward to 2020. We need to understand the short-term, medium-term and the long-term initiatives, so that Ministers and hon. Members can fast track, so that most of us can see it function."}
