Temporary Chairman. The two Members have put it very candidly. In the coffee industry, a large-scale farmer is anyone who owns more than five acres of land. They do not always have an association, nor do they co- operate with small-scale farmers who are in the co-operatives. This clause is not specific, and it could injure the large-scale or the small-scale farmers. We need to be very specific. On the same note, the new paragraph 7(1)(f) talks about one person to be nominated by coffee co-operative societies."}
